Job Description:

You will be working as Distribution channel sales specialist, will be the part of Electrification Business Area for Smart Power division based in Dubai, UAE. In this role you will be responsible for sales of products/systems/services within a designated market in accordance with strategy. Building long term customer relationships and managing resolution to specific customer needs and issues. Identifying and developing sales opportunities

Job Responsibilities:

• Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promoting customer understanding of full product/systems/ services offering and aligning a solution and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
• Working closely with all the stake holders such as end clients, consultants, contractors for the projects business and establishing new as well as serve the existing network of traders and retailers
• Creating added value for the customer and ABB, ensuring the successful outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals by using effective sales techniques, communicating details in accordance with ABB offering and strategy (delivery time, payments and general terms and conditions)
• Focusing on selling the complete low voltage products and solution ACB, MCCB, control products, enclosed isolators, distribution enclosures to customers in construction and infrastructure projects, traders and retail segment focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for assigned division/product groups
• Preparing sales plans using company tools, performing regular status reviews and proposing recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls, ensuring efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum 6-8 years’ experience as sales experience in selling Low voltage products and solutions
• Bachelor’s degree – Electrical Engineering
• Prior experience in dealing with the major distributors, dealers, contractors, end users in UAE market
