Job Description:

During the program we will take the participants on a leadership competency development journey. The last rotation will also be the time where the participants start to look for their final position, to be started after the end of the program. All program trainings are meant to build the foundations of your future career evolution.

Job Responsibilities:

• Participation in other BA specific and global Assurance, Risk and Internal Controls initiatives and projects, in particular driven by the ABB Way Finance Transformation
• Support the local business operations to effectively and efficiently comply with the SOX framework developed at ABB (the ARIC clock) in the EL Lead Countries
• Depending on the assignment role you will be in, most common responsibility will include tasks within the Business Area Internal Control organization.
• Engage in / drive initiatives driving the improvement of the internal control system through automation (e.g. RPA, OCR

Job Requirements:

• Team spirit and global mindset
• Professional fluency in English, other languages are a plus
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Persistence, curiosity to learn and open to new ideas

Qualification & Experience:

• Previous initial work experience in the finance /audit or internal control function can be considered
• Recent graduate (preferably master’s level) in Finance, Business Administration, Audit, Economics or related fields
