Job Description:

You will be working as EL Service Marketing & Sales Specialist, will be the part of Electrification Business Area for Services division based in Dubai, UAE. In this role you will be supporting Project Manger in successful execution and closing of the assigned project/s by coordinating with required functions involved

Job Responsibilities:

• Keeping track of non-conformances and monitoring corrective actions to control costs and schedules throughout the project lifecycle
• Keeping operation manager informed on the major issues / changes, helping project manager for handling commercial documentation
• Checking and keeping project manager informed on the incoming project documentation, generating the regular project documentations such as project schedule, progress reports, FAT invitation, milestone documentation etc
• Coordinating with various internal depts. as per requirements of the project, keeping track of invoicing, variations, payment receipts, internal and externals goals ets.
• Efficiently managing the project documentation, keeping track of the project milestones, handling the documentation for initiating the procurement action, following-up and monitoring of timely receipt of material

Qualification & Experience:

• Knowledge on LV swgr systems, MV swgr , PLC’s, project commercial matters, adept in computing- MS Office, MS project, SAP etc
• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum -1 year experience in similar role
