Job Description:

Create the experience before the guest has even arrived. As a Dry Cleaner, the operational support you provide to the Housekeeping team will ensure our guest rooms are well equipped and that our guests Feel Welcome from the minute they step into their room.

Job Responsibilities:

• Consistently offer a professional, polished and friendly greeting, and provide engaging service that inspires guests to make true connections with Swissôtel Al Murooj Dubai and our colleagues.
• Wash and dry clean all uniforms, guest laundry and other personal items.
• To ensure a continuously high quality of service delivery to guests.
• Ensure that production and quality standards are met in accordance with departmental policies.
• To have full knowledge of all the washing, dry cleaning, presser machines and all equipment utilized in the laundry department for operation and maintenance.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent command in English; additional language is an advantage.
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role, within an international brand.
• Strong knowledge of safe use of industry chemicals and equipment.
