Job Description:
To handle the requests of Central Bank Notices, Courts Attachments Orders, Deceased Cases, Balance Confirmation Certificates and prepare the response letters within the agreed TAT as per the related procedures, Checklists and work instructions
Job Responsibilities:
- Search for the given names against the ADIB record and confirm whether the name is found/matched or not
- Create file for Deceased case settlement and initiate the payment as per the required approvals and documentations until its delivery to court.
- Register the needed requests into Workstream Tracking Application, track them with the Manager and respective branches /Central Ops designated staff until the request is closed.
- Prepare and retrieve the required customers information (e.g. accounts opening forms, statement of accounts, vouchers …etc) and draft the response letter to be reviewed and signed off by the ICD authorized signatories.
Job Requirements:
- Banking products and services; Operations & Legal knowledge; Policy & Procedures implementations & ADIB System operating/handling.
- 10 years’ experience in Operations, Branches, or in Operations Control in a leading international/regional bank.
