Job Description:
Analyze and report social media performance data for all ADIB channels to ensure brand strategy is being followed. Monitor social media and online mentions and report on them on daily basis to avoid any crisis online
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the analysis of website data and communicate website performance with the concerned teams
- Strategically analyze brand mentions to pro-actively action any brand strategy campaigns to protect brand reputation from any impeding crisis
- Identify the management of online customer habits and suggest means by which to broaden ADIB social media audience and interactions.
- Manage the content creation ideas and distribution and share data on content performance as well as execute product messages
- Report product campaign performance to concerned teams and recommend alternative strategies to better execute sales
Job Requirements:
- English and Arabic fluency
- Experience buying, managing, and optimizing direct response online media campaigns (in-platform experience preferable)
- Social media tools and solutions
- 5-8 years of experience in paid media with a demonstrable record of increasing ad spend efficiency, click through conversions, and ROI metrics. Experience in demand generation, B2B, and the tech space (specifically Cloud) all a plus but not required.
- Highly skilled at keyword research, competitive set identification & target persona identification
