Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Personal Shopper with a strong interest in fashion with strong experience in maintaining excellent client relationships and providing with sales-driven results. The candidate will be responsible to initiate and drive a specialist and personalized selection for exclusive customers and contribute to maximizing customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.
Job Responsibilities:
- Use profiles and customer shopping patterns to identify proactive sales opportunities and build lasting relationships with customers.
- Communicate any waiting list/customer request patterns to Buying and Digital Merchandising Teams as well as completing highlights and key points for weekly management report
- Formulate and maintain an updated database of top clients, readily available when needed by management.
- Work closely with Buying, Planning and Digital Merchandising teams to ensure maximum knowledge of forthcoming stock availability for customer benefit.
- Ensure sales targets and customer service KPIs are met, provide strategic action plans if challenges in meeting goals are anticipated.
- Build a personal relationship with business’s top tier customers on a weekly, and sometimes daily, basis in order to strengthen the brand and personal loyalty and drive sales.
- Identify the needs of the customer and recommend a range of products to choose from in order to arrive at an appropriate buying decision.
- Collaborate with the CRM team to develop communications to support Personal Shopping sales (capsule pre-order, thematic email ex. Ramadan).
- Ensure that sales leads are identified and prioritized as well as create and implement new selling ideas to ensure sales targets are met.
- Maximize pre-sales opportunities through customer communication and waiting list management
- Partner with Styling Team to work season ahead with collections and style recommendations
- Provide advanced knowledge of products, trends and professional service to VIP clients
- Understand customer profiles and feedback to Marketing, Buying and Merchandising teams on current consumer trends.
- Assist VIP clients with all customer service inquiries via phone, e-mail, chat, and social media and providing support to the customer care team to resolve VIP customers’ issues as necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, hold an established client book to drive sales
- Fluent in Arabic both written and spoken
- Extensive knowledge of the current trends and luxury fashion designers/brands especially in women’s wear
- Excellent understanding of the online shopping industry and experience, with a good understanding of systems
- Excellent communication skills, specifically with regard to building relationships with customers.
- Ability to exceed client expectations
- Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and is flexible to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Excellent eye for detail and organizational skills
- Pro-active and able to show initiative/ideas to constantly improve the customer experience and drive sales
- Confident, articulate and a self-starter
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field, preferably in Fashion
- 3-5 years of retail experience of premium/lifestyle brands
- Experience in E-commerce or retail with digital capabilities is a must
