Job Description:
This role is responsible to manage and scale Social Media Marketing Channels strategies across all ecommerce and Omni domains.
Job Responsibilities:
- Implementing and continually testing new creative messaging, landing pages, campaigns and marketing tools
- Providing recommendations for performance improvement and monitoring monthly targets and adjust campaigns as needed.
- Campaign reporting (ROAS, CPC, CPM, CPT, CPL, CPI CAC & CIR)
- Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
- Develop mobile marketing strategies and performance metrics
- Liaising across functions to drive the strategy of our organic content and maintaining the look & feel of social media channels
- Ensure campaigns are succinct to overall direction of the business
- Supports the function to explore ways of improving existing digital marketing techniques to enhance operational efficiency
- Incremental Topline Gross revenue
- Responsible for objective setting and driving performance of paid social media campaigns with the assistance of a globally renowned marketing agency
- Report on progress against goals and other relevant metrics to Senior Leadership
- Advising on optimization / bidding / competitive strategies
- Strong analytical skills to find trends and optimization opportunities from performance data
- Prepare performance evaluation and appraisal reports of direct reports to assess productivity and progress and identify training needs of team members to improve efficiency and ensure conformity with standard procedures and practices.
- Coordinates with agencies to optimize paid social campaigns
- Guide and motivate the team to enhance performance and produce quality work, and ensure that they are continuously developed for higher level roles
- Driving App Installs and App Re-Engagement throughSocial Media Platforms
- Analyses and presents findings from campaigns analysis to Senior Leadership to facilitate decision making processes for business growth.
- Supports the function to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, and assists the HOD to devise strategies for improvements
- Managing third party agencies and partners as necessary to deliver against goals
- Strategizing social media marketing campaigns for brand awareness and engagement
- Using the smart features of Smartly/Vidtech/Stitcherads Tool to optimize the paid social Campaigns.
- Conducting ongoing analysis of ad campaign performance and optimization, and synthesizing observations into recommendations for change
- Strategizing Social Media campaigns to drive business growth
- Provide leadership and direction to the operations team towards the achievement of goals and objectives
- Budget tracking and monitoring
- Creating the overall social media strategy for three major international brands across the GCC.
- Using Google Analytics 360 tool in improving the campaigns performance.
- Reducing the CAC and improving the CIR/ROAS
- Working with the wider digital marketing team to plan, execute and optimize campaigns across social media platforms to maximize campaign effectiveness
Job Requirements:
- Executional experience with FB ads manager, Google Ads and knowledge of affiliate marketing & retargeting
- Good time-management skills
Proven success in Performance Digital Marketing - Expertise in A/B and other testing methods
- Superb presentation skills
- Enhanced knowledge of web analytics and App (MMP) Platforms, including deployment of tracking codes
Qualification & Experience:
- Degree in a quantitative field such as Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or any other related field
- 5+ years of total Social Media Marketing experience preferably in Luxury ecommerce and fast fashion
- 2+ years of experience as Social Media Marketing manager’s role driving core performance KPI’s
