Job Description:

Directly reporting to the Associate Vice President (AVP) – Group Consolidation at the Holding level, the role shall be primarily responsible to Prepare Costing Reports for hospitals & clinics of NMC in UAE. Also position shall prepare accurate and efficient cost data from the books of accounts and prepare Activity based decision-making information by gathering and analysing financial information.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify the Procedure costs based on hospital requirement
• Prepare Cost center wise Profitability and suggest corrective measures
• Identify CPT wise Consumption and cost pattern and compare among different hospitals
• Prepare a profit margin report on Various Procedures and suggest profit maximization solutions
• Initiate steps to set Cost Optimization standards in New Projects
• Identify the GAP in Software’s / Reports and co-ordinate with IT to correct the same
• Prepare Administrative cost Allocation at defined intervals

Qualification & Experience:

• CMA (India / UK/ USA)
• 5+ Years’ Experience.
• Hospital industry / Service industry experience will be an added advantage.
