Job Description:
The role of the Senior RME Planner (Sr RMEP) is to support RME team from a single FC to a Hub / Country / Region of FC’s. A key member of the Reliability Maintenance Engineering team who understands the capability of the EAM system within the FC and the region and how it interacts with other regional FC’s along with the other EU regions.
The RMEP is responsible for the overall asset management, work planning, and spare part inventory using Infor EAM software at an EU FC. Is also responsible for training RME Team members that use the EAM system within the FC, maintaining parts/asset data accuracy and equipment hierarchy in the Infor EAM system. Also responsible for rolling out standard workflows for work requests, preventive maintenance programs, project requests, and inspections, etc.

- Knowledge of information flow and data interoperability to define the purpose boundaries and handovers between them
- Lead engineering process-improvement efforts and manage best practice sharing of innovative solutions for maintenance and technical training
- Compilation of EAM Process Flow/ Mapping, process layouts and methods. Being a point of contact and escalation for L4 EAM, Engineering Teams, Operational Teams and other Business Stakeholders, within an FC, Hub of FC’s or Region.
- Driving and Developing Standards and Processes as part of a Regional initiative.
- Deliver EAM system training to different business groups
- Work with corporate EAM Business Analysts to roll out new functionality, standard object coding scheme, Preventive Maintenance (PM) procedures and scheduling; and EAM reports
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
