Job Description:
Responsible for the development of market strategies and the annual marketing plan for the hospital and it’s affiliated care centers, in relation to the agreed upon organizational goals. Collaborate with management team in order to implement and execute local and regional marketing strategies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing Affiliate marketing to increase patient footfall
- Promoting specific packages & services agreed with Business Development for medical tourism through DXH platform and increase patient footfall through international patient testimonials
- Supporting Business Development with positioning unique specialties provided by CBDs through digital platforms
- Working with Business Development department to create Medical Tourism targeted strategies and campaigns through digital marketing and communication
- Managing media relations, and positioning our Physicians, management and services within different media channels
- Supporting Business Development on promoting partnerships with other hospitals and providers through media/digital channels
- Promoting business development packages across targeted markets locally and internationally
- Promoting government relationships with Business Development through different media platforms
- Coordinating with Insurance dept on promoting services through insurance providers and with end users.
- Creating & implementing the messaging house reflecting the vision and strategic key messages of the brand
- Developing departments, services, physicians, or general campaigns which may include advertising, communication and digital strategies and tracking outcomes.
- Supporting Business Development with B2B events and collaborations in means of CMEs and corporate checkups and events/webinars.
- Directing and overseeing communication programs that effectively describe and promote the AHD and the services.
- Identifying potential markets/segments/patient characteristics and devising plans to deliver the appropriate campaign and messages.
- Overseeing & redesigning the digital footprint of AHD, be it social media marketing strategy, content marketing, SEO & SEM strategy, mobile marketing, email marketing and video marketing.
- Monitoring competitors’ activities and latest trends in the local and international markets.
- Managing external marketing Events, conferences, trade shows, and major events.
- Creating new advertising outreach options that will help position the brand and reach out to new patients and increase awareness of the brand – including cinema, TV, Radio and outdoors
- Developing the brand voice and maintaining brand integrity across all platforms.
- Collaborating and promoting the relationship with international partners in local media and marketing channels
- Cross marketing to promote satellite clinics and new specialties among internal staff.
- Working closely with internal support services to assist them deliver their departmental goals
- Injecting the marketing and the positioning of AHD in brand experience through patient journey and customer satisfaction
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Arabic
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience as Marketing Director.
- Experience in Healthcare Marketing is mandatory.
