Job Responsibilities:
- Communicating with followers, responding to queries in a timely manner and monitoring customer reviews
- Managing and monitoring the hotels and restaurants social media accounts
- To identify trends, insights, and opportunities to optimise performance
- To monitor and report on competitors’ online activities
- To regularly track, analyse and report, weekly, monthly and quarterly, on campaigns and channels’ performances vs. agreed KPIs and budget
- Maintain strong relationship with Influencers in the market
- Creating, develop, and maintain the content schedule.
- Generating, editing, publishing, and sharing content daily across different social media like Instagram, Facebook and Twitter
- Act as first point of contact with influencers
Job Requirements:
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Understanding of the luxury market Advanced computer skills: Microsoft Suite, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Adobe Photoshop; social media listening/ tracking and analytic tools
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Data-driven thinking and strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to turn data and insights into online marketing initiatives
- Photography and videography shooting and editing
- Excellent attention to details
Qualification & Experience:
- At least 2 years of social media experience
- Fluent in English. Arabic preferred
- Experience in luxury hospitality is a plus
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
