Job Responsibilities:
- Use and implement basic and advanced statistical techniques like frequencies, cross-tabs, correlation, Regression, Decision Trees, Cluster Analysis, etc. to identify key actionable insights from the data
- Create impactful presentations that convey insights from analyses
- Develop complete report in Power Point. Identify trends and evaluate insights in terms of logic and reasoning, and be able to succinctly present them in terms of an executive summary/taglines
- Take a business problem or hypothesis, structure it into a mathematical or programming problem and then use data to solve the problem
- Communicate effectively within the team and with stakeholders
- Conduct sanity checks of the analysis output based on reasoning and common sense, and be able to do a rigorous self QC
Job Requirements:
- Working knowledge or experience in using SQL Server (or other RDBMS tools) would be an advantage
- Ability to code is VBA / R / Python is a plus
- Strong quantitative skills with knowledge of statistics and operations research.
- MS-Excel – experience having built complex dashboards and models would give you an edge
- Superior problem solving abilities and strong analytical thinking
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
