Job Description:
As a digital leader of the freight and logistics product, you will be involved in all the technical aspects and touch points of CargoWise (CW) and its modules, including – but not limited to – training, implementation, customizations, integrations, process design and automation, consultation, and support based on the best practices aiming for an optimal utilization of CW in the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build and customize workflows, registry, documents, reports, rates, and contracts
- Understand CW and middleware database and infrastructure and securely generate data directly from the database when needed
- Build, customize, and document integrations with other systems (SAP ERP, Salesforce, aramex.com, customs authorities, customers, forwarders, GPS, …)
- Understand and manage eAdapter, EDI messages, E2E, and Aramex middleware interactions
- Participate in the design and implementation of aramex freight processes related to operations, accounting, finance, commercial, procurement, and compliance within CW
- Understand and implement rates, contracts, CargoGuide, CargoSphere, eAir Booking, and other related modules
- Assist in CW system training and rollout/implementation
- Master data management and cleanup
- Assist the users and MDM team from L1 to L3 and manage requests with WiseTech (WTG) and the implementation partner
- Participate in WTG account management efforts
- Monitor the implementation partner efforts and suggest improvements
- Monitor and control user access and logins
- Lead and participate in all CW needed solutions from the requirements gathering, to analysis, design, development, implementation, and maintenance & control
- Experience delivering technical training to the team
Job Requirements:
- Expert in CW (Certified professional)
- Strong knowledge of operational freight forwarding
- SQL server programming
- Awareness of the information security best practices
- Excellent communication skills and experience of managing relationships with internal and external parties
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT related fields (computer science, engineering, …)
- Hands-on experience in software development life cycle
- Excellent project management experience
- Teams building experience
