Job Description:
As a Rig Superintendent, you will be responsible for Training related activities on the rig site for all field services for both employees and customers, including delivering product, system and process trainings.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supporting with rig booking schedule internally and for customer training needs.
- Focusing on Focus on safe operations and areas for improvement
- Ensure rig equipment are inspected and met all MPI standards
- Working on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks.
- Handling standardized project processes & providing guidelines for choosing the right actions
- Handling targeted clients.
- Working together with people from the business unit
Job Requirements:
- Manage and supervise the rig crew for training activities
- Be able to ensure that the training activities on the rigs comply with global HSE standards.
- Be able to operate additional rig equipment, kelly, draw works, BOPs and run VFD.
- Be able to operate cyber rig, interpret hole conditions.
