Job Description:
You will get to be part of a dynamic and autonomous team from Careem veterans to new tigers who joined on a mission to build Careem Food all aligned on the same values of ownership, shooting to the moon and being of service to customers, partners, colleagues and captains.
Job Responsibilities:
- Performance Meetings: You complete partner performance periodic business reviews and draw out next month’s plans based on what was discussed.
- Growth: You are responsible for driving business growth of existing Accounts and improving on their commercial and operational performance ensuring they are succeeding on Careem. You also drive growth by adding new High value brands to the platform.
- Partner with internal teams: Work closely with internal stakeholders from Marketing to Supply to Customer Care and Finance to ensure meeting growth objectives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Key Account Management: Develop strong long-lasting relationships as the main point of contact between Food Partners and Careem. You are responsible to lead the relationships with high profile F&B Operators, Cloud Kitchens and Restaurants.
- Analysis: Analyze data on accounts performance and quantify your actions. All decisions should be backed up by data to improve performance of key accounts.
Job Requirements:
- Demonstrate experience using Microsoft Office tools and related project/program management applications to drive best practice
- Strong problem solving skills, ability to bounce back from set backs and high adaptability to change.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, humble, fun and down to earth.
- Natural high intellect and quickness of thought to understand complex opportunities
- Ability to establish and lead relationships with high profile partners.
Qualification & Experience:
- Previous experience in Account Management and Commercial roles
