Job Description:

You will be responsible for defining our photographic approach for e-commerce across the Group, building and leading a team of talented creatives to deliver innovation and excellence across e-commerce and marketing assets. Reporting to the Group Head of Creative Operations, your responsibilities will include:

Job Responsibilities:

• Leading a photographic team of talented photographers and digital operators
• Identifying and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
• Innovating new photographic practices within the industry
• Being the go-to point of contact for photographic governance
• Achieving commercial goals for multiple brands across the Group
• Creating efficient workflow processes while mandating quality output
• Collaborating with partners to identify growth opportunities for the Group
• Nurturing a culture of transparency, accountability, and psychological safety
• Upskilling a team of creatives and expanding their photographic capabilities
• Promoting the Group’s industry reputation in e-commerce photography

Job Requirements:

• Track record in photography management at scale, both strategic and tactical
• Customer-centric leader with a comprehensive understanding of creative
• Ability to lead without ego and build strong consensus across diverse teams
• An excellent communicator, capable of conveying complex ideas effectively
• A hunger to deliver truly transformational impact. This role is not for the timid!
