Job Description:

You will be responsible for overseeing all production services for the Group’s studio, building and leading teams across workflow production, image QA, and product handling to deliver innovation and excellence across ecommerce & marketing assets. Reporting to the Group Head of Creative Operations, your responsibilities will include:

Job Responsibilities:

• Leading multidisciplinary teams to ensure an efficient studio operating model
• Overseeing complex production processes across multiple brands.
• Owning governance on timescales for product in/out and quality control
• Innovating new process to optimise studio production strategies
• Producing productivity and budget reporting on business KPIs
• Achieving commercial goals for multiple brands across the group
• Creating efficient workflow process while mandating quality outputs
• Collaborating with partners to identify growth opportunities for the group
• Estimating, negotiating, & agreeing budgets and timescales with stakeholders
• Nurturing a culture of transparency, accountability, and psychological safety

Job Requirements:

• Track record in strategic and tactical production of a photo studio operation
• Customer-centric leader with a comprehensive understanding of ecommerce
• Ability to lead without ego and build strong consensus across diverse teams.
• An excellent communicator, capable of conveying complex ideas effectively
