Job Description:

Our Associate CRM Data Analyst is responsible for designing the data flow from and to the CRM Platform to guarantee a successful execution and development.

Job Responsibilities:

• Champion data driven decision making by utilizing models, complex queries, and challenging assumption
• Ensure integrity and quality of data present in CRM tools and suggest data cleansing activities to relevant brands
• Assisting in the coordination of ad hoc and scheduled business reports ensuring their successful creation and timely delivery.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to better understand customer long term value and its drivers and the impact of CRM communications and activities.
• Build processes to capture, gather and organize requests in an effective way
  data cleansing activities to relevant
• Work directly with CRM marketers and CRM campaign team to identify appropriate segmentation, testing and control group creation for communications
• Trouble systems’ data issues: able to investigate in a structured manner and perform root cause analysis on data issues and recommend data quality controls to resolve gaps/issues in collaboration with the data team
• Support various team’s min providing insightful analysis and establish standard processes across all brands.
• Report back on post-campaigns KPIs with relevant comments and suggestions and bring insight that highlight campaign optimization needs to deliver maximum return on investment.
• Identifying patterns and trends: analyzing and interpreting the results to assist teams within the business on requests made.

Qualification & Experience:

• Experience with SSIS (essential)
• Degree educated, ideally in a Computer Science or Mathematical background would be a plus
• Advanced Excel capabilities (Vlookups, pivot tables, Macros, other advanced formulas)
• Demonstrate experience as a data analyst and ability to interpret complex data with an eye for detail and make concise recommendations
• Demonstrate experience with Salesforce’s CRM products (essentially Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud), from an end-user (e.g build a report) to the back-office/developer side (e.g batch data integration, Salesforce objects relations)
