Job Description:

As a Senior Data Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of data engineers to design and build scalable data pipelines and platforms that support data-driven decision making across the organization. You will work closely with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand their data needs and ensure that the data infrastructure meets their requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical solutions to business leaders.
• Manage project delivery, including setting project scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Work with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand their data needs and ensure that the data infrastructure meets their requirements.
• Set and enforce best practices for data quality, security, and governance.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members and help them grow their technical and leadership skills.
• Lead a team of data engineers in the design and development of scalable data pipelines and platforms that support data-driven decision making across the organization.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Development and/or Data Analytics fields.
• 5+ years of experience working with Big Data/Data Warehouses incl. Microsoft ADLS, Synapse and PowerBI
