Job Responsibilities:
- To offer guests an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience in their room
- To complete opening and closing side work as assigned and has all trays and trolleys set according to standard.
- To anticipate and service of guests’ requirements before requests is necessary.
- To carry trays and load and push trolleys in an appropriate manner in accordance with set standards
- To ascertain a guest’s satisfaction and handle any problem, which may arise informing a manager of the problem and how it was resolved.
- To utilize the hotel’s computer system ringing up sales, printing checks, closing checks and completing closing readings.
- To be able to explain the Private Dining menu including special and children’s menu.
Qualification & Experience:
- 1 year experience in a similar position in a quality focused establishment
