Job Description:
The RM will proactively manage and grow assets under management & increase his/her portfolio profitability.
Leverage Cross –sell opportunities in the acquired Customer base.
To acquire New to Bank Customers and increase the bank market share.
Achieve sales volumes and targets and contribute to the bottom line profitability of the division and the bank.
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieves volume and revenue goals via the combination of customer acquisition and relationship deepening through the execution of an effective sales process as per the set business plan.
- To ensure all cross-sell opportunities are effectively leveraged and referred/closed
- The job holder is expected to make qualitative contributions in terms of ensuring realistic commitments are made to customers and render them excellent service to differentiate ourselves from the competition.
- Prompt response to customer complaints
- To ensure in the event of any complaints, the same is addressed within a reasonable time period. To make sure any service failure is redressed immediately to avoid any threat to the bank’s reputation and ensure such issues do not repeat in the future.
- Report periodic MIS reports to the management for further review and actionable.
- Support the launch of new products and services as per the consumer banking business plan.
- Ensure adherence to dress code and code of conduct
- Conduct regular meetings to provide feedback on customer/ products issues in order to facilitate action plans for market tracking.
- Ensure basic discipline is maintained through timely reporting to office.
- Heavily focused on prospecting new clients and increase the bank market share.
- Maintain, serve and enhance his/her existing relationships and achieve targeted sales numbers through capitalizing on his/her sales skills and analytical abilities in presenting and providing the suitable products to his/her clients.
Job Requirements:
- Ensure necessary training and development initiatives are taken and attended.
- Build and maintain effective communication skills with all Depts.
- All the above accountabilities includes but not limited to any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum 5-8 years of Banking Experience
- Higher Diploma / Bachelor’s degree as a minimum, Master’s degree will be an advantage.
