Job Description:
Our prestigious government client is hiring “Team Lead – Service Delivery” for Abu Dhabi location.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain high performing service support functions including and IT Service Desk, Desktop Support ,VIP Support and assets Management
- Owner of the Incident, Request, Change, Assets/Configurations and Escalation processes, ensuring high levels of performance in these processes, accurate reporting and establishing service improvement activities when required
- Ensure that all IT applications & ERP staff possess the required skills and knowledge for the delivery of the activities within this function
- Review ITIL policies and procedures and ensure process owners are adhered to
- Lead the Desktop Management team to continually improve the desktop computing environment
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of IT standards and framework
- ISO 20000 Implementation
- ITIL Expertise
- IT Assets & configuration expertise
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor of Computer Engineering/Science, BIT/MIT, MSC in computers, Information Technology from a recognized Institute.
- Masters in Information Technology or related (desirable)
- Microsoft and oracles certifications/Technologies (desirable)
- Certified ITIL Service Manager (desirable)
- 6-8 Years of relevant IT Service delivery with at least 2 years of experience at a senior level.
- Experience in managing and supervision IT technical specialists
