Emirates Flight Catering Careers – Business Excellence Manager

Job Description:

Deliver high impact business consulting and advisory services to internal stakeholders. In addition to consulting, the Business Excellence Manager will support the organisation in strategic planning, organisational design, business diagnostics, research & development and facilitating digital consulting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the ideas program (SPARK) by filtering and delegating submissions to ensure right stakeholders are engaged and ideas are implemented.
• Guide, direct, maintain and monitor all activities associated with the successful application of Business Consultancy/Advisory services, ensuring adequate support for strategic stakeholder initiatives.
• Partner with and evaluate stakeholder requests for new initiatives, define improvement plans that streamline processes and increase overall efficiency within their department in alignment to the organisational strategy.
• Lead business change management engagements for end-to-end projects including management of the transformation from current to desired future state and ongoing benefits realization in collaboration with relevant stakeholders such as HR, IT, Finance, safety
• Lead, manage, mentor, coach and develop the team. Foster an inspiring, motivating and highly engaging environment where people are self-motivated, passionate to learn new skills and further enhance their skills and capabilities.
• Provide performance feedback to team members to achieve the individual and department goals and objectives.
• Provide support to the business to fulfil analytical and research requirements in alignment with operations plans and strategic initiatives.
  Support and guide projects/goals to ensure alignment with the organizations strategy, impact on people, processes and systems and within budget.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/Administration/Industrial Engineering
• PMP/ Lean Six Sigma /Business Consulting desirable
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a business excellence/ operations efficiency / business consulting role
• Experience in the catering/hospitality/manufacturing industry is desirable
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Project, PowerPoint
• Experience in strategic planning, process improvement and/or change management
• Consulting experience preferred
