Job Description:
As an On Board Service Learning Delivery Manager, you will have the opportunity to deliver a highly impactful and engaging learning delivery experience that engages learners in direct practice and focused reflection to increase their knowledge, to develop their skills and their learning capacity in a safe and relaxed environment. You will collaborate with the Hospitality COE (Centre of Excellence) team to ensure, learning delivery is alignment with the Emirates Hospitality Strategy.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Hospitality COE team and On-board Service Learning Design Manager, to design create a transparent performance measurement framework (founded on adult learning principles) to measure the performance of delivery partners and create a mechanism for them to receive direct-and continuous feedback that supports their development.
- Collaborate with the Hospitality COE team and On-board Service Learning Design Manager to design the assessment and selection process for new delivery partners (full and part-time) ensuring the right mind-set as a critical criterion.
- Lead a large team of Learning Delivery Partners (full and part-time facilitators), manage their performance, and support their continuous development so they remain relevant, competitive, and accredited.
- Propose and develop innovative Learning Delivery solutions that scales and delivers learning beyond a classroom-based environment and provides learners with the opportunity to engage, share knowledge and learn from one-another.
- Measure the effectiveness of the Learning Delivery team and ensure the highest standard of delivery.
Job Requirements:
- Collaborate with the internal stakeholders to identify manpower requirements based on operation plans and learning demands to ensure coverage and availability of delivery partners.
- Engage and work closely with the On-board Service Learning Design Manager to ensure that the delivery team are qualified and skilled to deliver a wide range of learning programmes.
Qualification & Experience:
- Deliver a Learning Delivery strategy that supports and compliments the learning design strategy in offering a seamless learning experience to a wide range of Cabin Crew.
- Work closely with Hospitality COE team and On-board Service Learning Design Manager to design, develop and deliver an in-house learning delivery qualification programme that can be offered to new Hospitality Delivery partners as well as scaled to other learning stakeholders (i.e., SEP, Group Security, Group Medical).
