Job Description:
Operations Research & Effectiveness (ORE) is the in-house consulting division of the Emirates Group. With a diverse team of 30+ professionals from 15 nationalities, we focus on enhancing the Emirates Group performance by managing complex and critical projects across all business units.
Job Responsibilities:
- Your role will vary depending on the nature of the activity and will include supporting and/or managing projects such as:
- Cross functional initiatives: Accountable for leading several strategic, complex and cross-functional projects and programmes.
- Business improvement projects: Identify, recommend, and implement business improvement projects and initiatives to deliver the strategic business plans.
- Business partnership: Proactively partner and collaborate with senior business stakeholders to drive rapid resolution of key issues and concerns and mitigate risks.
- Best Practice: Be fully informed of industry standards/ processes and proactively inspire the adoption of best practice through continuous challenge of status quo.
Job Requirements:
- Be a graduate in quantitative discipline such as business, industrial engineering, operations research, mathematics, or economics.
- Postgraduate degrees and or professional qualifications in related fields are an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in consulting, business improvement, aviation, or travel industries.
