Job Description:
To create high-quality visual designs and motion graphics in the form of video and animation design outputs for the Design supporting projects that require delightful elements of movement that will be delivered to the Group Digital Team in a Cross Functional manner.
Job Responsibilities:
- Impressive and varied design portfolio
- Innate knowledge of Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Vegas or similar production software
- Knowledge of online content templates and libraries for use
- 3 years’ experience in a motion graphics / Web / Video design
- Knowledge of optimizing video for consumption – quality vs compression
- Ability to bring personality to video and animation of elements
- Experience designing assets and markup for web – HTML 5 + CSS3
- Experience of animating characters in After effects to output to Lottie for use on web or in app
- Design Thinking, Creative outputs, and experience of industry standard software such as Adobe suite
- Holding a degree in Graphic design, interactive media design, Video production or similar
- 3D and Visualization skills using Cinema 4D or similar
- Knowledge of Particle effect systems and physics generation in video
- Designing stimulating keynotes or PowerPoints
- Sketching and drawing skills
- Critical thinking, ability to take criticisms well as well as give constructive critiques. Have a great outgoing personality with a passion for work and a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Knowledge of Production equipment such as Microphones, Video cameras and Picture cameras a plus
- Knowledge of filming techniques a plus
- Video production knowledge of practices,
- Awareness of accessibility of color and typography
