Job Responsibilities:

• Update, maintain and communicate the network planning by assisting the Business Development & Network Planning Manager in the head lease program for Managed and Dealers sites.
• Establish and maintains a database of non-fuel business opportunities at ENOC Retail outlets. Proactively investigates methods for maximizing utilization of such opportunities by identifying types of usage based on territory and enters into partnerships with specialized vendors of goods and services.
• Facilitates the Business Development & Network Planning Manager in head-leasing new sites and in negotiation for ENOC & EPPCO.
• Interfaces with Facilities department of ENOC to achieve standardisation of practices of vendors & tenants, coordinates feedback from the field to initiate continuous improvements.
• Evaluate, propose & presents new business market survey on upcoming Emirates Projects and development (c-store & APC standalone) in the emirates to the Business
• Development & Network Planning Manager.
• Manage and update of all legal issues of RBDNP Department such as addendums, head lease fee increase, termination letters, and legal cases to ensure all required paper work of site is complete.
• Analysing data – traffic counts, Area information from the Municipality, valid affection plans analysis of facilities mix for justification – economics & marketing.
• Manages the department initiative towards quality, environment, and health and safety system and make sure that the department is following the internal process.
• Prepares and manages all the Government and Internal / External Auditors requirements and prepare a report of their enquiries.
• Monitoring and proposing cost saving of the Retail Business Development and Network Planning Department.
• Manage the collection of compensation from the government authorities and different site dealers.
• Prepare and facilitates review all head lease contracts of all new sites after approval.
• Responsible of preparing the necessary justifications of handing over the sites to the dealers and renew all expired retail outlets sites contracts.
• Responsible to review the Head Lease Fees of all EPPCO / ENOC sites on a monthly basis and follow up on approval.
• Assist Business Development & Network Planning Manager for developing the five-year business plan in detail with supporting data for retail and marine of EPPCO &
• ENOC sites with Business Development team.
• Seeks and acts upon feedback from different sources to improve customer satisfactions, (external dealers, APC and internal Operation team and Business Development team) effectively resolve customer problems, represents or advocates the need of customers when defining work processes, has positive attitude and takes personal responsibility to serve the customer.
• Prepare complete analysis for every site prior review or renewal of head lease agreement and submit justification for next rent increase / decrease for land lord.
• Monitors on-going projects and proposes improvements, modifications and alternatives.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate in the field of Marketing or any Retail Business.
