Job Description:
- The job holder supports the effective execution of performance management processes using ENOC Performance Management framework within the ENOC group.
- Supports executing the Scorecard cascading and alignment process across the organization by producing various analytical and review reports across ENOC Group entities in coordination with scorecards champions & Coordinators
- Supports in the verification and compliance processes of the scorecards champions and coordinators to the Performance Management Policy & procedure
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate cascading of Scorecards across Segments and BUs by participating in discussions and suggesting relevant KPIs.
- Prepare periodic monitoring reports of appropriate metrics, variance analysis and identify performance trends and anomalies related across Scorecards.
- Support development of ENOC Group scorecard by identifying relevant KPIs.
Qualification & Experience:
- Educational Qualification: BA in Business Administration,
- Professional Qualification: Performance Management certification preferred
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in similar industry.
