Job Description:
This is a great senior position to lead the identification of reasons associated with underperforming performance indicators within the company’s operations division and deliver improvement initiatives which positively contribute to operational key performance indicators, including on-time performance, mishandled baggage and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the seasonal operational readiness planning, including season schedule block analysis, review of historic guest and baggage connectivity challenges and Hub departure bank compliance, to proactively take measures to avoid, minimize or mitigate risk to the company’s operation.
- Accountable to identify, communicate & support implementation of operational improvement opportunities.
- Project manage the implementation of initiatives and lead cross-departmental projects related to operations efficiency projects linked to key performance indicators.
- Manage ad-hoc analysis & root cause analysis to derive actionable insights for the operations division with focus on Global Airports and Network Operations.
Job Requirements:
- Preferably experience in working with datasets, particularly operational KPIs.
- Educated to degree level (min. Bachelor) in aviation management, business administration, project management or similar field.
- Min. 5 years’ professional experience in project management, preferably in airline operations
- Experience in managing a small team.
