Job Description:
Continuously identify, review and implement business process improvements, policies and procedures across the assigned business area to achieve the strategic and operational objectives. Effectively deliver on all project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and various efficiency measures as required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide innovation solutions by researching best practices for various business functions
- Liaise with external and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and influencing in order to achieve the required results.
- Hold frequent process and efficiency reviews across the team and collate information, suggestions and ideas.
- Ensure that any issues highlighted by the team are resolved or escalated, with proactive suggestions
- Ensure that relevant reports are provided and that timely and accurate information is provided to support operational decisions
Job Requirements:
- Must be resourceful and possess inter-personal skills.
- Working knowledge of business improvement principles and tools
- Must have good communications skills (oral, written and visual representations), for effective conveyance of recommendations and ideas.
- Well-developed written skills in relation to report, policy, process and procedure documentation
- Good working knowledge in the area of data and message communications
Qualification & Experience:
- Experience in Business Improvement concepts, communication plans, Business Process and Business planning and performance measurement.
- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)
- Information Technology.Network : 5+ Years
