Job Description:
We are looking to hire the Executive PA who will provide our CEO/Principal with a comprehensive service that delivers best practice and support.
The Executive PA to the CEO / Principal will work closely with the CEO / Principal to manage their schedule and organise their working day. They will act as a gatekeeper managing the various priorities and ensuring that adequate time is given to each. The job is exceptionally busy and requires excellent organisation skills. There will be a variety of tasks to be completed, and the PA will need to have a thorough understanding of all elements of the Academy. As the tasks are so varied and determined by the CEO / Principal’s needs, work will be generated throughout the day.
Job Requirements:
- Impeccable and competent ICT skills.
- High general level of literacy and numeracy.
- Resilient and agile decision making skills.
- History of successful partnering with Senior Management Teams and other relevant stake holders.
Qualification & Experience:
- At least 5 years’ demonstrable experience as Personal Assistant to a Senior Member in an organization. Preference will be given to candidates with experience within education industry, however, this is not mandatory.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Management.
