Job Description:
GEMS Firstpoint, The Villa is looking to appoint an outstanding Director of EYFS as a non-class-based member of the schools’ leadership team, working alongside the Head of Mini School for FS & Key Stage 1, in the strategic development of the phase. We are open for applications for academic year 2025-2025.
The successful candidate will need to have a proven track record of having a significant impact in their current post. They must have the drive and intent to secure continuous school improvement through creative and innovative approaches to learning and demonstrate the ability to embrace and promote change. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and determined to support the school in continuing its planned improvement and growth.
Qualification & Experience:
- To be considered for this post you must hold a B.Ed. or a Bachelor’s in a relevant subject alongside a PGCE / PGDE or equivalent.
- A proven track record of outstanding teaching and learning
- A certified teaching qualification with exceptional subject knowledge
- Be a fully qualified teacher with significant leadership experience within a UK curriculum environment.
