Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Meeting with stake holders to discuss areas of focus and improvement within the business.
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.

Job Requirements:

• Conducting department visits to analyse equipment and established processes.
• Gathering and processing data to identify process performance areas.
• Designing workflow and process strategies to improve business performance.
• Should have worked on IT enabled improvements for retail, ecommerce, FMCG or consumer durables.

Qualification & Experience:

• Post Graduate / Graduate with at least 3 years of experience as a Process analyst preferably in automation processes.
• Should have lean Six Sigma certification / Experience.
