Job Responsibilities:
- Prepares various management reports (regular/ad-hoc) for the line Manager, EDs, Leadership Team, Workforce Planning including workforce summaries, movements, vacancies, demographics, succession etc.
- Conduct researches & provide inputs into workforce supply and demand forecasts, making recommendations for change.
- Provide inputs to the creation & enhancement of sustainable workforce planning and analytical technology; Assists in research and contributes to reports related to Workforce and Skills-Mix planning in healthcare.
- Provide insightful analysis and reporting that reflects current and potential issues in talent sourcing, and talent planning
- Assist in modelling various scenarios of workforce projections and identify future gaps and challenges to enable effective business and talent planning and reporting.
- Responsible for handling specific HMC hospitals and services during business planning process that aligns with Annual Budget and long-term strategic Workforce Planning; utilize available workforce planning tools to forecast workforce requirements; Reviews and consults with department management staff on final WF budget preparation and presentations to Management Team; provides WF budget information and assistance. Makes recommendations on WF budget matters to higher level staff.
- Assists in review of new business case requests and provides guidance for Workforce budget preparation, formulation, presentation, and execution.
- Contributes in the development and implementation of strategic workforce planning tools and technologies that integrate effectively across the
- HR function and with other key stakeholder groups, for example hospitals, facilities & corporate departments planning
- Effectively communicates, collaborates, liaises and networks with line management to ensure strong professional relationships within and across diverse work teams and departments.
- Fosters a safe working environment that is culturally competent and fosters interdisciplinary learning and growth.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Contributes to evolving and enhancing the design, development and implementation of strategic workforce planning processes and metrics, to predict the talent needs and resources required to deliver key business priorities.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in healthcare related field or at least 4 years experience in hospital / healthcare industry or workforce planning preferred or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, HR or International HR Certification.
