Job Description:

A Spa Therapist with Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts is responsible for managing and carrying out treatments to deliver an excellent Guest experience while helping to achieve sales revenue targets.

As a Spa Therapist, you are responsible for managing and carrying out treatments to deliver an excellent Guest experience. A Therapist would also be required to help achieve sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure procedures are delivered flawlessly including bookings, payments, and consultation cards
• Ensure health, safety COSHH and company regulations are complied with
• Ensure all guest issues or compliments are escalated to enable long-term improvements in products and services
• Interact and communicate effectively with clients, team members, guests, and the management team
• Manage and carry out procedures, have current knowledge of treatments, and ensure all treatments comply with current legislation and company standards
• Assist the Recreation & Spa Manager in meeting and exceeding department sales targets and ensure that sales are recorded accurately
• Comply with hotel security, fire, and health and safety regulations
• Manage customer feedback effectively to ensure a more personalized experience while enhancing the guest’s relationship with the Waldorf Astoria & Resorts
• Ensure that protocols of cleanliness are adhered to

Qualification & Experience:

• Experience working as a Beauty Therapist
