Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as Cyber Security Training Manager to join our team based in Dubai, UAE. In this role you will be responsible for providing, developing and growing cybersecurity training services working in partnership with the sales, cyber offering management, HPS-Automation College, and cyber professional services teams to ensure financial and technical success. This includes customer satisfaction in the areas of cybersecurity training courses and offerings. The Cybersecurity Training Manager is expected to understand how financial success is measured and contribute to the overall success of the department relating the overall key business objectives and goals to training program objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the procurement of third-party hardware/software required for the delivery of approved training courses.
• Partner with Cybersecurity Operations Managers to organize the resources to deliver course content.
• Coordinate with Automation College to align cyber training offerings and registration with overall Honeywell training course catalogue.
• Facilitate coordination of training curricula leveraging input from the business.
• Manage and coordinate development of cybersecurity eLearning or instructor-led training courses and materials for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Build and manage a team of cyber professionals capable of developing and delivering cyber training both in person and virtual.
• Maintain course schedules in training catalogue and track attendees.

Job Requirements:

• Network/Security Certification: CCNA, CCDA, CISSP, etc
• Effective written and verbal skills to enable strong communication capabilities
• Articulate, effective communicator with strong soft skills

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Industrial Automation and Control projects
• 5 years’ experience in OT Cybersecurity implementation or support.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (chemical, computer, electrical), computer science or related field with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in process control systems engineering or a minimum of 7 years of directly related experience
