Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Enabling transformation programs, facilitating upskilling of employees, and developing strategy with respective portfolio
• Work closely with stakeholders to determine the most impactful projects to deliver savings.
• Communicate the supply strategies to the business stakeholders and create the buy-in.
• Follow market conditions, prepare price trends, and formulate future markets trends for the business working closely with Commodities Risk Management for specific portfolios
• Work closely with compliance and uphold Procurement policies and procedures
• Optimize sourcing through the value chain from feedstock to fork driving out inefficiencies and improving yield/return from the chain
• Identifying and scaling up best practices across the global procurement organization
• Sensing and incubating innovative ideas, new business models & transformation programs for value creation
• Work closely with Procurement Finance to understand Direct Raw Materials purchases and the impact on COGS and deviation from PPV. A clear understanding of raw material feedstock movements and market- based dynamics would impact the financial outcome of the business and give direction accordingly.
• Accountability for all procurement activities globally
• Work closely with Business Leadership Teams to understand Business Strategies and needs to shape sourcing strategies accordingly.
  Support the business with accurate price forecasting. Prepare information on purchase prices and conditions to enable proper budgeting and cash forecasting
• Represent Procurement for IFFCO Leadership Team, and Management Leadership Team globally, in addition to being part of the Global Procurement Leadership Team.
• Build Sr. level relationships with critical suppliers across IFFCO universe.
• Lead a team of 2 direct and indirect teams in BUs in meeting their local/regional KPI’s
• Lead the contract negotiations, leveraging the business and digital tools for support as needed
• Build strategies around both Direct Raw Materials and Indirect Procurement to meet global KPI’s of Contract compliance, security of supply, cost, and cash savings.

• Evidence of capabilities in catalyzing and leading change and transformation.

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum 10 years in business covering 5 years in Procurement or Supply Chain.
• Global experience is desirable
• University degree – Commercial, Technical in background.
• Minimum 10 years in business covering 5 years in Procurement or Supply Chain.
• Experience in digital tool and process design mapping.
• Experience in managing complex and multinational projects and programs.
• Experience in cross-functional program development and deployment
