Job Description:

To ensure the smooth functions of daily large amounts of cash transactions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Follow the SOP pertaining to cash handling
  • Counting and recording the float before trading begins and upon close of trading
  • Responsible in dealing with the suppliers in terms of stationery
  • Ensuring and maintaining adequate stock of printed stationary at required stock level
  • Controlling Fraud
  • Keep track of invoices and LPO’s make sure to settle
  • Follow-up with Advance Payments and Return Vouchers
  • Customer collection updation and posting
  • Ensure that visitors are well-attended
  • Assist in maintaining check-out counters clean and ready to receive customers during opening hours
  • Ensure to obtain customer feedback
  • Provide end to end shopping solutions by actively promoting IKEA services
  • Monitor Cashiers attendance
  • Able to create Sales Orders & Book Services in Navision
  • Assist visitors when required

Job Requirements:

  • High level of accuracy
  • Effective Communication
  • Fire Marshall Training
  • First Aid Trained

Qualification & Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years in a similar role
  • MS Office Excel
  • Mathematical, organizational and Customer Service skills
