The Business Development Associate (BDA) is one of the most crucial and impactful roles in our company and we take great pride in the quality of team members that hold this role. The BDA is responsible to own the complete B2B (offices, companies, etc) sales process in order to acquire new accounts from the corporate sector.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide feedback towards improving the applications and the processes of the company
• Plan, organize, and execute business development programs
• Find new ways of approaching corporate accounts and convincing them to join InstaShop.
• Build Relations with the key decision makers of corporate accounts and present InstaShop as an alternative to traditional office supply purchasing
• Assist and cooperate with other Business Development Managers
• Build and maintain a comprehensive database of accounts for the U.A.E.

Job Requirements:

• Superb clarity in communication and commercial awareness
• Excellent written, and verbal communication skills in English.
• Top class persuasive skills
• Able to quickly adopt and take advantage of seemingly unfavorable

Qualification & Experience:

• Negotiation experience
• Business or engineering related bachelor/masters preferred
