Job Description:

As a Guest Experience Supervisor your role will be supporting the day-to-day running of Front Office Department by welcoming guests, answering calls, handling inquiries and delivering excellent guest experience.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum two year of experience in Front Office or similar in a 5* hotel and/or resort.
