Job Description:

Sr. Specialist – the role holder will be responsible to ensure the adherence with cGMP principles, and to maintain them in an effective manner. Responsible for standardization and handling secondary, primary & supplier standard & reference sample arrangement. Also, handling of temperature and humidity print out for Sirius System.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the preparation & documentation of secondary (working) reference standards and maintain them in optimum storage condition.
• Responsible for the operation of various QC equipment and maintain hygienic conditions in lab.
• Apart from above, the works assigned by the Manager and support colleagues whenever necessary.
• Standardization of secondary reference standard against primary reference standard or supplier standard.
• Handlings of temperature print out for all refrigerators, freezers, thermostatic chambers and humidity print out for Sirius System.
• Handling primary & secondary reference standards memos from regulatory affair department, marketing department, tender department, project department and R&D.
• Responsible for duties of designated person, duties of handling primary reference standard, supplier standard, secondary reference standard and handling reference sample arrangement in their absence.

Qualification & Experience:

• 4 years Bachelor Degree in Science (Pharmacy/Biology/Microbiology/Chemistry).
• Master degree in Quality is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, etc.).
• Strong Knowledge in cGMP, & GDP.
• At least 6-8 years’ experience in similar organization in pharma / Health care / Medical Industry.
• Fluent in English (communicating, writing and speaking) and Arabic is preferred.
