Job Description:

Jumbo Group has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and creative Assistant Manager – Training (UAE National)with passion for learning. She/He will be responsible for the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning and development programs for our Emirati Cadre including Career and Management Development programs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating Learning & Development programs for Emirati Cadre in line with the Corporate/Department Objectives
  • Identifying the current and future skills requirements for the Emirati Cadre and create learning interventions to develop capabilities
  • Design & implement scalable capability building methods that go beyond the classroom, including self-directed learning, technology-based
  • learning, learning on the job, mentoring, etc.
  • Establish ways to measure the effectiveness of the learning and development programs; monitor and report training data and statistics.
  • Partner with the business and HR to implement employee engagement strategies for Emirati Cadre (including mentoring programs, career path, succession planning etc.)

Job Requirements:

  • Bi Lingual – Arabic is required and English is preferred
  • Excellent communication & oration skills
  • Customer centricity and result orientation
  • Good leadership qualities, proactive approach

Qualification & Experience:

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years of experience in an L&D
  • Experience with mobile training, gamification and social learning is highly preferred
