An opportunity has arisen for a Guest Relation Butler in Jumeirah Al Naseem. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the guests in every step of their journey from check-in to check-out experience
• Plan itinerary and ensure any special occasions are made memorable
• Communicate with all departments to ensure guests have a seamless experience
• Provide exceptional personalized service to all guests
• Assist the Guest Relations team as necessary

Job Requirements:

• Additional language skills preferable (i.e., Arabic, French, Russian, German, Italian).

Qualification & Experience:

• Hospitality diploma or degree (preferable).
• Minimum 2 year working experience in a luxury hotel.
