Job Description:

An opportunity has arisen for a Reception Team Leader to join Front Office team in Jumeirah Saadiyat Island Resort.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To ensure that all guests receive a warm friendly welcome creating positive first impression of the hotel and its team.
  • To ensure that the Front Office Manager and The Manager, Guest Services are updated and informed of all feedback received from the guests
  • To escort all guests checking in to the suite in the absence of the Guest Service Executive/Guest Relations, the Front Office Manager, or the Duty Manager.
  • Must lead by example by demonstrating the Hallmarks and guiding principles in their role continuously.
  • To ensure that all queries and requests are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner.
  • To have a high level of product knowledge of the property and its facilities as well as the city of Abu Dhabi.
  • To provide assistance in preparing statistical records required by the Sales Department or the Front Office Manager

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a Front office as a Front Office Executive or Team Leader
