Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for the F&B Marketing Executive to join our Team in Jumeirah Al Qasr and Dar Al Masyaf Hotel
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the marketing team in social media content creation and community management
- Maintain internal tools, including a credentials database, tracking capability, global contact directory, and intranet sites.
- Support the marketing department’s initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, event, social media, or content marketing
- Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the operations team.
- Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing requirements, and to ensure competitiveness
- Coordinate meetings, events, and campaigns by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists.
- Maintain marketing budget in a comprehensive easy to access format
- Maintain a directory and inventory of marketing resources, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed.
- Raise all the PRs and smoothly follow up the LPOs status.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce promotional and marketing materials.
- Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
- Ensure the company’s database is properly maintained, kept up to date and adheres to legislation
- Process invoices and ensuring the payment of each invoice, accurately managing monthly accruals for respective departments – liaising directly with finance and procurement team.
- Assist with new opening marketing collateral requirements in terms of procuring quotes, samples, etc.
- Independently coordinate marketing and community events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral.
- Track all marketing expenses for all restaurants
- Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success.
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong social media skills
- Graphic design
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online and offline marketing and measurement
- Research using data analytics software
- Organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Branding knowledge
- Proficiency in spoken and written business English
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Any second language besides English will be an advantage
Qualification & Experience:
- 3-5 Years of experience with luxury brands or hospitality
- Past work experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role
