Job Description:
An opportunity has arisen for a Duty Manager to join our Front Office department in Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise the cross training of staff from other departments
- To maintain and distribute the staff attendance summery sheet
- To ensure that all reception staff are well aware / trained about their Manual and procedures
- To assist the Reception staff in their duties as required
- To co-ordinate the introduction and training of new employees.
- The Duty Manager will also be required to identify training, plans them and deliver to meet needs to all colleagues.
- Dedication to quality, hospitality and guest satisfaction
Job Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of the property management systems (Opera Cloud)
- Works positively with others and contributes actively to promote a healthy team spirit
- Diploma or Equivalent related to the hospitality industry
- At least 3 years experience in similar position in Front Office
- Excellent organization and management skills with a “hands on approach
