Job Description:

An opportunity has arisen for a Duty Manager to join our Front Office department in Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the cross training of staff from other departments
  • To maintain and distribute the staff attendance summery sheet
  • To ensure that all reception staff are well aware / trained about their Manual and procedures
  • To assist the Reception staff in their duties as required
  • To co-ordinate the introduction and training of new employees.
  • The Duty Manager will also be required to identify training, plans them and deliver to meet needs to all colleagues.
  • Dedication to quality, hospitality and guest satisfaction

Job Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of the property management systems (Opera Cloud)
  • Works positively with others and contributes actively to promote a healthy team spirit
  • Diploma or Equivalent related to the hospitality industry
  • At least 3 years experience in similar position in Front Office
  • Excellent organization and management skills with a “hands on approach
