Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed business plans, financial models, operating scenarios, and sensitivity analyses for potential acquisitions
- Coordinate and execute business, financial, and investment-related due diligence
- Building and maintaining productive relationships with our target companies and related network
- Support the development of Corporate Development strategies, identifying sectors and companies that might be viable business targets
- Manage the financial aspects of acquisitions, from early-stage valuation assessment, initial term sheet phase through financial due diligence
Job Requirements:
- Have proficiency in Excel
- Have strong attention to detail
- Likes to work both independently and as part of a team
Qualification & Experience:
- 5-8 years of audit, financial due diligence experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in accounting, Finance, Economics
