Job Responsibilities:

• Drive and lead a team of Membership consultants to club sales budget.
• Drive new memberships sales daily, weekly and monthly
• To Ensure the Sales and Retention Manager achieves their agreed Monthly Sales Budget, club closing membership count and net gain through profitable and sustainable growth.
• Have a keen eye on Retention delivered through excellent customers’ service to all club members and non-members.
• Drive and lead your Member retention consultant to desired Leaver goals and net gain.
