Job Description:

The job holder will be responsible for providing strategic support to the Concept HR Head in terms of resource allocation, recruitment, talent development, L&D and human resource operations within the Concept

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the employee separation process, thereby ensuring smooth exit of employee from the organization. This may include managing activities such as exit interviews, full and final settlement, etc
  • Enable management of employee requests throughout the employee life cycle on an on-going basis.
  • Conduct monthly induction workshops and ensure end to end onboarding for new hires
  • Ensure tracking of performance management and present reports on a regular basis to the Concept HR Head
  • Employee Relations
  • Execute Learning & Development initiatives for the concept basis training needs analysis
  • Facilitate the performance management process in the Concept across GCC
  • Ensure safekeeping and maintenance of all employee related records
  • Drive the TLDP program within the Concept
  • Performance Management & Rewards
  • Ensure smooth execution of the induction process for the new entrants ( induction training, cubicle allotment, team introduction, joining processes and formalities etc)
  • Ensure effective implementation of HR policies across the territories the Concept operates in
  • Support Concept HR Head by facilitating compensation review discussions by identifying high performer and high potential employees on the basis of the performance management system outcomes
  • Support the Concept HR Head in increment planning, incentive allocation and policy review for the Concept
  • Support Concept HR Head to develop a performance driven, customer-oriented culture to meet Business objectives
  • Manage and support recruitment
  • Ensure compliance with statutory provisions with respect to people practices and processes and compliance to GCC Labor laws

Job Requirements:

  • Awareness of the local labour law and legal compliance

  • Advanced knowledge of HR processes/policies (Management Development initiatives/ administration,Recruitment/ Expatriate Recruitment tool, Performance
  • Management Systems and Models )
  • Teamwork & collaboration

Qualification & Experience:

  • 5 – 6 years of experience in Human Resource ( In a generalist role , post qualification)
  • Graduate degree in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resources Management
